KISS: It’s an acronym we use in one of our four systems. It stands for Keep It Short+Simple. Consequently, when having conversations with people, we want to keep it short and simple to spark interest and keep customers engaged.
SEE: It’s another acronym used in our four systems. It stands for Smile, Eye Contact, and Enthusiasm. When approaching our customers, we want to make sure we are maintaining our SEE factors to create a sense of comfort, to build trust, and spark interest.
ABC: It’s a tactic we have when closing customers. It stands for Assume the sale, Be Close with confidence.
