Employee Spotlight: Summar
Meet Summar, the Administrator and Office Manager at Ace Management Group. Summar started her Ace Management Group career two years ago and has a bright future ahead.
It’s tough to put into words Summar’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Summar has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among our clients.
What makes Summar unique is that she has high business professional standards and will go above and beyond her own duties to ensure that all owners are taken care of. She makes sure that the office always looks professional. Also, she has excellent time management skills and always builds solid relationships with her co-workers while supporting them.
Summar is considered a business partner, not an employee in our business. She brings so much to our organization that it is hard just to choose one skill or attribute that adds value to our corporation. We appreciate so many things that Summar does for the business, and this is why she has been awarded Administrator of the year two years running!
She invariably goes the extra mile, takes the initiative, and makes Ace Management Group look good. There was a time when we needed some help with doing our first batch of interviews. Summar took control over the situation, learned the interview process, and started to conduct the first round of interviews. Ultimately, Summar has now developed another skill that has allowed us to trust her with the start of our recruiting process, one of the most important parts of our business.
She has genuine care and commitment for Ace Management Group, and we absolutely love the integrity with which she works.
